Hello Aaron. My name is Jennifer Resolme and I am the new Drama teacher at Ridgeview. Cathy Henry gave me the info about your website and effort and so I thought I would drop you a line to tell you about myself and our upcoming production. I have been a member of your myspace website for several months, but Im not usually one to put my two cents in on the issues.

I taught English at Ridgeview last year, but when the administration offered the Drama position to me this year I could not turn it down. While attending CSUB, I taught Musical Theatre at Bessie Owens GATE Magnet school and I have been performing (primarily for BMT and Stars) for the past 7 years. I most recently played Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Tracy Lord in High Society, and I will also be in the upcoming production of Godspell. So as you can see, I have theatre in my blood (just like you) and am thrilled to bring that passion to my students. I am incredibly excited to be teaching Drama this year - - I have a wonderful group of talented and dedicated students here whom will undoubtedly present some great productions. Our fall play is Fruitcakes and will be performed at 7:00 pm on December 1^st and 2^nd in the Ridgeview Auditorium at 8501 Stine Road.

Thank you for your endeavor to unite Bakersfields theatre scene. Even though many of us remain silent, your efforts are appreciated. I look forward to meeting you in person soon.
